Thank you for your interest in SKILLSERVE. IN (A brand Registered and owned by Amass Skill Ventures Pvt. Ltd). By Registering for Accessing, Browsing and signing for any Product or Services on this Website, you acknowledge that you have Read, Understood and Agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, including SKILLSERVE.IN’s PRIVACY POLICY, which is a Legal Contract between you (“You and Your”) and SKILLSERVE.IN regarding your use of the services. Visitors and users of the Services are referred to as “USER” and collectively as “USERS”.

ACADEMIC REGULATIONS

All Academic and accredited programs are subject to Academic Rules, Regulations, Policies and applicable legislation in India which are published and can be revised over time. SKILLSERVE.IN is obligated to make personal academic information of USERS available to Regulatory and Administrative bodies set up for academic purposes.

APPLICATION FEES

SKILLSERVE.IN is committed to provide quality education at reasonable fees as far as possible and hence, the fees are different for each course and as prescribed by our Admission team. We, at SKILLSERVE.IN reserves the right to amend the Fees for any Course at any time without prior intimation.

ENROLLMENT

By enrolling as a Student, Body Corporate, Trainer, Subject matter Expert (SME), Educational Institutes, Course Developer or any other Stakeholder for any of the Services and Products of SKILLSERVE.IN, You agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of SKILLSERVE.IN. These currently include general disciplinary Rules and Regulations relating to Training Courses, Examinations, Assessments, Learning, Training Fees and Placement assistance. The same may change from time to time at the sole discretion of SKILLSERVE.IN management. However, we shall make all reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any such changes as early as possible.

SKILLSERVE.IN reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify and terminate the Enrollment of any Student or any other Stakeholder who for any reason whatsoever, is unable to submit the relevant documents testifying his qualifications for any Course or credentials as required for any of the Services offered by SKILLSERVE.IN.

SKILLSERVE.IN reserves the right to cancel any course or services at any point of time for any reason whatsoever. SKILLSERVE.IN may cancel or modify any Course or Services within 15 days of Commencement.

SKILLSERVE.IN shall compensate Students by providing the Students a 50% refund of the Course Fees provided that the Students have not completed 50% of the Course within the Time stipulated for completion up to that point for genuine reasons as accepted by the management of SKILLSERVE.IN. If the reasons are not found satisfactory by the management of SKILLSERVE.IN, it reserves the right to forfeit the full Fees paid by the Student/s for that Course.

SKILLSERVE.IN reserves the right to cancel the Admission of any Student without any liability of Refund of the Fees paid if the student fails to pay the fees in pre-agreed installments (if offered by SKILLSERVE.IN) within the stipulated time period or within the grace period if allowed by the Management of SKILLSERVE.IN. SKILLSERVE.IN also reserves the right to extend the seat to any other candidate in place of defaulting Student. The Grace period if allowed, shall not exceed 7 days in any case from the stipulated due date as referred to above.

The Student enrolling for any Course offered by SKILLSERVE.IN, needs to maintain at least 75% attendance record for any Course. In case of any failure to do so, the Student can request for an extension of time for completion of the course citing reasons for failing to maintain the minimum attendance as stipulated. If the reasons are accepted as genuine, the management of SKILLSERVE.IN may allow an extension of time (“Grace Time”) for completion of the course, provided that the Student maintains a minimum attendance of 75% during this Grace Time. In case students fails to do so, or has not applied for a “Grace Time”, SKILLSERVE.IN reserves the right to forfeit the full fees and will not be responsible to provide any Placement Assistance to such student.

SKILLSERVE.IN reserves the right to suspend/terminate/cancel admission of any student without any reasonable reason, if the student fails to be present for 7 session days or if he/she fails to secure the threshold percentage of the Course Assessments which are carried on from time to time. SKILLSERVE.IN shall also not be liable to make any Refund of Fees paid for this Course by the Student, due to this suspension/termination/cancellation.

The Content of individual Courses and their Curriculum offered by SKILLSERVE.IN for any Degree/Certification are under constant academic review and may change from time to time, with some Courses being modified, discontinued or replaced in order to provide up to date information to students. Additionally, there may be external circumstances which may make it unviable for SKILLSERVE.IN to ptovide a previously offered Course.

Upon completion of a Course, the student shall be awarded a Certification of Completion by SKILLSERVE.IN or AMASS SKILL VENTURES PVT. LTD or any other professional body which recognized that Course.

All Courses are the Intellectual property of SKILLSERVE.IN. Student/s and all Stakeholders agree to maintain confidentiality of the Course Content and distributed materials and agrees not to copy, distribute or upload or share or make available in any form to any individual, voluntarily or involuntarily. Infringement of any Intellectual Property rights is subject to and not limited to termination of Enrollment or Services offered by SKILLSERVE.IN. The student and all Stakeholders shall also be liable to criminal/legal/civil proceedings in such event. The Student/Stakeholder will be solely responsible for any such activities and SKILLSERVE.IN may not be held responsible for any consequences whatsoever which may arise due to such infringements.

SKILLSERVE.IN reserves the right to withhold the Passing / Completion Certificate or Participating Certificate until the Student’s fees have been received in full. SKILLSERVE.IN also reserves the right to disallow the student from appearing in the scheduled Assessments /Certifications/ Examinations and in such an event, the Placement assistance services may also not be offered to the student.

By signing the Enrollment Form, the student provides unconditional consent to SKILLSERVE.IN for use of his/her Name, Marks and other details in any SKILLSERVE.IN publicity campaign/marketing or advertising event using all forms of media including but not limited to Social, Digital or Print Media.

Student also agrees that no guarantees have been made by SKILLSERVE.IN towards Job Placements, Salary payments or any other benefits. Any discussions or correspondence in this regard are only indicative and do not automatically imply a Contractual obligation between SKILLSERVE.IN or Amass Skill Ventures Pvt Ltd or any of its associates or assigns.

If any damage to property (virtual/physical) is attributable to any student or any other Stakeholder, the same shall promptly be recovered from those identified students / stakeholders up to the full replaceable value or any amount decided by SKILLSERVE.IN. SKILLSERVE.IN reserves the right of Lien on any monetary or other valuables or documents which SKILLSERVE.IN is in possession or obligated to provide to the Student/ Stakeholder or User of it’s services. In case of failure to recover the cost of damages within 7 days, it shall be deducted from the Students/ Stakeholders Fees or other Receivables. The students or other Stakeholders can be withheld from Trainings, completion of Certification and any other remedial measures as decided by SKILLSERVE.IN.

OTHER CHARGES

Students of certain courses at SKILLSERVE.IN may incur some additional expenditure on items such as fieldwork, specialist materials and supplementary instrumental or machine training depending on some specific courses; although some subsidy/grant from SKILLSERVE.IN may be available to meet such expenditure, responsibility for payment shall be of the students. In addition, small charges may be made depending on Course Curriculum for some items like Course materials, photocopying & printing expenses.

In the event of non-payment by students of any such sums, SKILLSERVE.IN may raise proceedings for payment and hold back original documents and/or inform future Institutes or employers depending upon the nature, quantum of unpaid amounts etc. on case to case basis. However, due intimation shall be given to students by SKILLSERVE.IN before taking any such action.

SKILLSERVE.IN cannot accept responsibility and expressly excludes any liability for loss or damage to students’ properties including but not limited to the generality of transfer of Computer viruses to students’ computer/laptop or other devices.

SKILLSERVE.IN reserves the right to exclude from studies forthwith any student who willfully and persistently neglects his/her academic work to such an extent that there is no reasonable possibility of him/her being regarded as having duly performed the work of the Course or being able to proceed to the next stage of the Course. It may also be noted that although candidates may be initially admitted as prospective students, admission to the Courses is not guaranteed at the outset but shall depend on performance. Under such circumstances, SKILLSERVE.IN absolves itself from providing placement assistance, if any, assured at the beginning of such Course.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

SKILLSERVE.IN reserves the right to not provide any particular Course, Curriculum or facility to make variations to the Content or methods of delivery of courses or to discontinue Courses, if such action is considered to be necessary at the sole discretion of the Management of SKILLSERVE.IN.

At the discretion of SKILLSERVE.IN, a refund of Tuition/Course Fees may be made where a student withdraws from a programme of studies with the approval of SKILLSERVE.IN Management due to any circumstances which may be felt as reasonable by the Management of SKILLSERV.IN. APPLICABLE LAW

The Agreement for any Service shall be deemed to have been made in Gurgaon (Haryana), India and shall be enforced in accordance with the performance thereof as governed by the applicable laws in India. Subject to Arbitration Clause, all disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gurgaon, Haryana.

ARBITRATION

All disputes relating to or arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by reference to Arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. An Arbitration tribunal consisting of a single member shall conduct the Arbitration. SKILLSERVE.IN shall be nominated by SKILLSERVE.IN. The venue of Arbitration shall be Gurgaon, Haryana. This venue fof Arbitration shall however not apply if SKILLSERVE.IN or any of it’s Associates or Agent decides to initiate proceedings against any student or Stakeholder for any criminal offence, including but not limited to dishonour of Cheques, Post dated or otherwise or refusal to pay our Fees or Service charges.
