    Digital learning is more effective and standardized process then physical trainings. Classroom trainings have lot of variations from trainer to trainer or within one trainer with time. Classroom training have limitations also, it can be done only in presence of trainer or in presence of a group which sometimes become a challenge. Also for each and every topic physical training cannot be conducted due to cost and availability of people.

    DOJO Establishment

    DOJO-is a Japanese term which means “Place of the way” means a place where actual work practice are practiced through Simulation or any other means.

    DOJO is primarily used in Maruti Suzuki Supply Chain, this is a place where company establish proto models for the training of people.

    Generally there is an 8 Step Methodology to be used while establishing DOJO center in the companies.

    Facilitation on implementation of Apprentice Act.1961

    The Apprentices Act, 1961 provides for regulation and control of training of apprentices. It Is mandatory for all establishments having manpower strengthen >40 no’s to engage apprentice in their office.

    Recently Govt of India have did lot of changes in Apprentice Act implementation guidelines and made it user friendly for industryas well to students. Also Govt have started to release some financial incentives to industries to motivate them towards engagement of apprentices. Also Govt of India have approved some agencies as TPA-Third Party Aggregator who can work as a facilitator for implementation of Apprentice Act.
