LTD which is dedicated toward online Skill Trainings, Job or Apprentice Placement opportunities and various Online Services for Corporates, Industries and other Stakeholders through our Learning Management System. We not only provide Skill Training courses but our integrated Job Portal is aimed at providing Corporate/Industry work experience to candidates in the form of On the Job Training (OJT) or an Internship / Apprenticeship. We prepare the candidates for the Future through a Holistic approach to Skill-Enhancement training and helping them to get jobs in the market.

AMASS SKILL VENTURES PVT. LTD was incorporated in 2012 and is registered under the Companies Act 1956. We are an Authorized, Funded Training Partner of NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), the apex body of the Govt. of India’s Skill initiatives. The aim of our association with NSDC is to take grassroots initiatives for making positive changes in the lives of common people and helping them to be independent in life and make them Job-ready through Skill Trainings. Since inception, we have positively touched the lives of more than 70,000 students by skilling them to be self-reliant either by developing their Entrepreneurship skills or by developing their skills to get employed in the market. Our Education system does not arm our students with practical Job-focussed skills, which is why our country has one of the highest proportions of Unemployment in the world. AMASS SKILL VENTURES PVT. LTD focuses on demand linked courses so that after training a person can improve his/her chances of getting employed. .

AMASS SKILL VENTURES PVT. LTD embraces the spirit of Self Reliance and Entrepreneurial Initiative at the grass root level. The sole aim of the company is to bring about positive change in the lives of common people by helping them to be self-reliant or Job-ready.

We are determined to achieve our goals of maximizing employability and develop skills and productivity amongst masses by extending our services to our students. Over the past decade, we have established ourselves as a bridge between Educational Institutes (Schools, Colleges & Universities), Corporate and industries and most importantly the young task force---the students. With a view to expanding our services to the farthest corners of the country we are currently operating in 8 states of India including Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, J&K, U.P, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand & Odisha. Through various Skill programmes like PMKVY, Skill India Mission and other Skilling initiatives of the Central and State Govts., we run Skill Development & Entrepreneurship programmes in more than 500 Govt. Secondary Schools. However, due to the severe restrictions and obstacles being faced by Education Institutes, students and entire community over past 2 years and more, we felt it necessary to extend our operations across India through Digital mode. With this aim, we have launched our Online Skill Training platform, SkillServe.in.

We take pride in our association with the development of self-help groups, youth welfare with an aspiration to bring about a change in their lifestyle. To arrive at this change, AMASS SKILL VENTURES PVT. LTD has concentrated on Skill trainings in various sectors such as Automobile, Manufacturing, Service Sectors, Environment Awareness, Financial Literacy, IT & Communication, Self-employment and leadership training for the youth including women.

We have successfully implemented projects like PMKVY (Centre and State components), ESDM, NULM, ASDM, PSDM, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), Saksham Yuva, NBCFDC, etc thereby training more than 70,000 students across India. All these courses are Job oriented and are also focussed to develop Entrepreneur skills within individuals. as an Entrepreneurs.
